We visited @tutto.uk in Brighton for their Taste of Puglia night 🇮🇹✨
This is the first in a series of Italian tasting evenings, with Taste of Sicily on 13th July and Taste of Piedmont on 26th August, so there’s plenty to look forward to 👀
Nine dishes were served throughout the night, an absolute feast, all designed for sharing, with a vegetarian option available too 🌱
The focaccia and burrata with wild garlic pesto was the perfect way to start 🤍
I loved the spicy kick from the Calabrian chilli in the spaghetti with mussels and clams 🌶️🍝
Each dish was paired with wines from San Marzano 🍷 including their new limited edition Primitivo rosé, but the Vermentino was my favourite 🙌
By the time the roast leg of lamb and crispy potatoes came out we were struggling, but somehow still had room for the almond polenta cake 🤭
