Homemade sourdough (started 2024 – thanks Beryl for killing my 2020 starter) with local Houston beef and herb tomato sauce (herbs are from my porch garden) simmered for 3 hours. Shitaki mushrooms, spinach, and Kirkland mozzarella.
My double oven sucks but I can still get these pies.
