    Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve ยฝ cup pasta water.
    Heat olive oil (or butter) on low flame. Add sliced garlic and cook until light golden.
    Add chili flakes and half of the chopped parsley/coriander. Cook briefly.
    Add cooked spaghetti + a little pasta water. Toss well.
    Add remaining parsley/coriander and grated Parmesan.
    Season with salt and black pepper.
    Garnish with more parsley/coriander and Parmesan (optional).
