Clean & Creamy Marry Me Shrimp
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 lbs Shrimp (peeled/deveined)
• 2 tbsp Butter + Avocado Oil
• Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Italian Herbs (check for anti-caking agents!)
• 1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
• 5 cloves Minced Garlic
• 1/2 cup White Wine
• 1 1/2 cups Clean Heavy Whipping Cream (No gums/fillers)
• 1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan
• Large handful of Baby Spinach
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. SEAR: Pat shrimp dry. Season well. In a hot skillet with butter/oil, sear 2-3 mins until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. SAUTÉ: In the same pan, sauté onions until soft. Add garlic for 1 min.
3. REDUCE: Deglaze with white wine. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until it naturally thickens into a velvety reduction.
4. FINISH: Whisk in parmesan and spinach until wilted. Toss shrimp back in to coat.
5. SERVE: Over sautéed cauliflower rice or your go-to pasta!
