One of the best meals I’ve had in Rome!!! This has to be the best panini I have ever had in my life.

So I posted this video about an aperitivo spot in Rome the other day, one of my eagle-eyed lovely followers noticed I walked past this deli and strongly recommended it. So after researching Fuorinorma and seeing the giant porchetta on the counter, I practically ran over to get one:

Sandwiched between crunchy warm bread that doesn’t tear the roof of your mouth open, are slices and slices of seasoned roasted pork belly and pork loin, a generous spread of tuna infused mayonnaise and sweet tangy sun-dried tomatoes. The pork belly is fatty and juicy layered with leaner cuts of pork loin and all of those flavours and textures combined sent me to another realm that I immediately had to text about it.

This deli makes everything by scratch, lovely warm service and they also make sharing boards of Italian cured meats, cheeses and drinks for aperitivo too.
