The guy that owns Phil's Pizza is named Anthony. IMO it's the best pizza on Long Island. Yes, we like our pizza doughy, cheesy and with a thick chewy crust. Phil makes it perfect. Not to mention Phil is one of the nicest, down to earth guys you will ever meet. ( Despite the guy that you see in the videos lol )
