One-Pot Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
• 200–250g minced chicken
• 1 cup shell pasta (dry)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3–4 cloves garlic, sliced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup tomato puree
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1–2 tsp brown sugar (to balance acidity)
• Salt, to taste
• ½–1 tsp dried basil (or fresh if you have)
• ~2 to 2.5 cups water (or stock)
• Cheese (grated, to finish)

Method:
1. Sear minced chicken on high heat, remove.
2. In the same pot, sauté garlic & onion.
3. Add tomato puree + paste, season with salt, sugar & basil.
4. Add dry pasta + water, cover & cook till done.
5. Add chicken back, mix well.
6. Finish with cheese and serve hot.
