Layers of seasoned beef, cheese, and tortillas come together in this easy crockpot taco lasagna. It’s hearty, cheesy, and one of those dinners everyone will ask for again.

RECIPE:
small can red enchilada sauce, half on bottom of crockpot, large flour tortilla on top, mix 8 oz cream cheese with 1 can refried beans, mix and put layer on tortilla, 2lbs ground beef cooked with 1 C salsa and 1 packet taco seasoning, next layer on beans, shredded cheese, green onions, rest of enchilada sauce, use another can as well if you like, another layer, top with cheese and green onions, cook low 2-3 hours, top with sour cream, avocado, pico and/or black olives

My husband and I had a pregnant cat come to our house one day and so we fed it and gave her water now we have 21 cats We fixed our garage into a cat house we put 3 dog igloos in there with blankets we feed them 2 meals a day. They have all been fixed. They can’t come inside because we have two house cats.

About the cats:…..Have had cats my entire life. The majority of my cats have actually been strays. One of our strays had just had a little of kittens and it was winter to,se brought her and her babies home. She was all,white and her babies were also all white with different colored eyes, blue/blue, blue/pink, blue/green, and came to find out that half of the kittens were stone deaf. Vet said it was due to inbreeding. It was quite and experience having deaf kittens and they drove their poor mama crazy…..LOL
I would swear that strays behave as if they understand that they have ‘saved’ from the elements and are so grateful. One of my rescues never even wanted to go outside again. You could leave the door wide open and she’s sit about 5-6 ft inside the opening and watch, but never wanted to go outside again.
I’m currently without any cats. My last two were littermate sisters and I had one for just under 18 years…..she had a heart attack. Literally!! And then I had to,part with her sister about a year later because she had liver cancer. Crazy right?

Love this taco crock pot recipe 😋 Kristen in answer to your cat question: I have 4 cats that were transitioned from outside. 2 ferals, 2 domesticated with feral background. I LOVE ❤️ them all, but it's much more on a person.

I can't eat soggy flour tortillas like that. I love the taste of corn tortillas in recipes like this and they have more flavor.

I found my cat outside and she was in Dorf for about six months and then she kept trying to get out and now she’s comes to sleep and be cool or warm in the winter but in the summertime she loves to just chill on my covered back deck… I’m making ur chicken spaghetti tomorrow but I’m gonna use penne bc everyone in my house loves penne!!! Love you guys ❤

We have removed some barn cats. One has the Siamese markings with blue eyes, I have a Longhair Orange/cream. He is 19 this year. Blended Calico just 1 in a month. They are all wonderful.. that looks amazing.

I have 3 cats that were outside cats. Our oldest Misty Mae was 9 months old now 17 with diabetes😢, our 2nd is now 10. She was 3 weeks old and her name is Stormy. Our 3rd is 8 and a big rolly poley 😂 her name is Lily Lou. I love them so much and glad we rescued them. They are my babies

Just thought it might be easier to spread the bean mixture over the tortilla before putting the tortilla in your crockpot over the enchilada sauce. Then you’ll have an even layer of being mixture. I’m looking for recipe recipes for my daughter and this looks like one she might like.
