Search for:

Wanting the crispier bottom. The longer ferment and more oil you in the pan definitely did the trick BUT the frico got a little too dark 🤦🏻‍♂️. Was still delicious. Gonna do another this Sunday and hopefully it’ll be more dialed.

P.S. I put it in quotations because I don’t give a fuck if the sauce isn’t on top 😇

  2. Looks pretty good! Not here to advertise but if you want to check out my profile I have my recipe posted and maybe something in there will help with the bottom. Not sure on ur exact process

    Could be just the pan or oven temp but either way it looks good to me!
