Wanting the crispier bottom. The longer ferment and more oil you in the pan definitely did the trick BUT the frico got a little too dark 🤦🏻♂️. Was still delicious. Gonna do another this Sunday and hopefully it’ll be more dialed.
P.S. I put it in quotations because I don’t give a fuck if the sauce isn’t on top 😇

Could be just the pan or oven temp but either way it looks good to me!
