📝 Ingredients:
• 5 oz linguine pasta
• 22 shrimp (about ½ lb), peeled & deveined
• 2–3 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 medium red onion, diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• Fresh parsley, for garnish

👩🍳 Directions (CORRIGIDO):
• Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain.
• In a pan, heat olive oil and cook shrimp for a few minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
• In the same pan, add butter.
• Add diced red onion and cook until soft.
• Add cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.
• Add garlic and cook briefly (about 30 seconds).
• Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
• Pour in heavy cream and stir.
• Add mozzarella and mix until creamy.
• Add pasta and a little pasta water if needed.
• Return shrimp to the pan and mix everything for 1–2 minutes.
• Finish with parsley on top.
