– 110g sugar (≈ 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
– pinch of salt
– vanillin or vanilla sugar
– 90g melted butter (≈ 6 tbsp)
– 100g kefir or yogurt (≈ 1/2 cup)
– 160g flour (≈ 1 1/4 cups)
– 8g baking powder (≈ 2 tsp)
– juice of 1/2 lemon (≈ 1 tbsp)
