This video is very misleading. For the vision person she never provides proof, for the Puerto Rican women thing it was a study where a researcher found out of a database the best genetic person was a Puerto Rican women but that doesn’t mean all Puerto Rican women have the best genetics. For the immune to diseases people, they are not immune to all modern day disease. It was a study looking at people n who had 8 specific diseases and those thirteen people were rare on that they showed no symptoms and were essentially immune to those specific diseases, not all diseases though.
