Ingredients:
2 Cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
2 Slices Tomatoes
½ Cup Red Onions
2 Tbsp Banana Peppers
6-10 Pickle Slices
6 Slices Extra Lean Ham
4 Slices Salami

Italian Dressing:
1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayo
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. On a cutting board place the following ingredients: 2 Cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, 2 Slices Tomatoes, ½ Cup Red Onions, 2 Tbsp Banana Peppers, 6-10 Pickle Slices, 6 Slices Extra Lean Ham, 4 Slices Salami
2. Finely chop and mix. Add the following to create the dressing: 1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayo, 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper to taste
3. Incorporate the ingredients and chop some more (if required)
4. Scoop the salad into a bowl and enjoy!
