Stuffed Crust Italian Sausage Pizza Dip

If you love stuffed crust pizza, this one is next level ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Start by cooking 1 pound of Italian sausage. Once itโ€™s done, set it aside to cool.

In a bowl, mix together:
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella
8 oz sour cream
Cooked Italian sausage
1 tablespoon @HeathRilesBBQ Parmesan Garlic seasoning
1 tablespoon of our Reaper Rub

Now letโ€™s build that stuffed crust ๐Ÿ‘‡
Roll out a can of @pillsbury pizza dough and cut it into 18 even squares.
Cube up a block of mozzarella and place one cube into each square.
Wrap the dough around the cheese and roll into balls.

Arrange the stuffed dough balls around the edge of a large cast iron pan.

Spread your dip mixture right in the center.
Top with:
8 oz marinara sauce
8 oz shredded mozzarella
Extra Italian sausage

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush it over the dough balls.

Bake at 375ยฐF for about 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.

Pull it off, tear into that stuffed crust, and dip it right into the center ๐Ÿ”ฅ

  1. Pilsbury is nasty. All of their doigh tastes exactly the same. Iโ€™m not sure what it is but no matter if itโ€™s cinnamon rolls or pizza dough they have that processed Pilsbury taste
