I went on a yoga retreat and the food was all designed by a nutritionist. One day we were told we were having pizza and after a week or so of shredded carrot and bean sprouts I was excited. The pizza was very good, about 3 inch square serving with a thin wholewheat crust, accompanied by piles of various salads. Wow, that’s apparently what your body needs and that is often very different to what we want to eat.
Soon the videos will just stop …
Holy moly that a lot of food , looks good but are you worried about your health? And how your friends would feel if they lost you to a heart attack, media is a dangerous place especially if you want to change and do better for yourself, bad habits tend to find people easily due to depression and if you don’t clear up depression, you’re always gonna be stuck in the loop where all you feel is just eating to avoid whatever it is you’re feeling in the long run. It doesn’t help, but I feel if you really tried you can do it overcome anything in your way. Feel better about yourself yeah media tends to blow up things or over exaggerate on things, but when people actually see your health declining that’s a sign that maybe it’s time to go to a new direction you may feel alone but you’re not alone again media media wants to support your health. I read a lot of comments and I don’t think they try to hurt you but try to educate you on the fact that you’re running out of time and time is a precious thing not to waste especially and you feel your loss and you have no place or no one to turn you on it. That’s what groups are for being alone in your house is nice and all but after a while you get cabin fever after a while you sit there and wonder is this really my life it’s depressing I think if you really tried you really could lose the weight travel if you want to be a little bit happier and thankful you’re alive more and more each day.

Candy, I don't understand you trying to help all these people financially. Didn't you get rid of your ACA Health Insurance $800.00 a month. Because you couldn't afford it. Yet you can do this for other people which (is dry begging) other people have financial issues they have to take care of to! It's nothing wrong with it but, then too you need to consider yourself. Those crazy puff are great for on the go. I love the drive thru window at little Cesar’s. If I eat before I shop I buy fewer groceries. They are the only thing I buy at Little Caesars and I absolutely love love love them 🎉🎉🎉

OMG I miss Little Caesar's. Around 2007 I remember I lost my job and no one was calling me for a new one…and I was SOOO broke. They had an order of about 8 BREADSTICKS for $2.17 cents and I LIVED on an order of bread daily from them for about a month! You are right they were LIFE SAVERS!
