  1. Hi. I may be reaching far, but somehow as I am watching this video, you seem low. I hope I am wrong and you were fine when you shot this video. And even if you were not, I hope you found a solution to your problem ❤

  2. The recipe is fine, but please English speakers quit call pasta as noodles, noodles have a different prosses are used for different dishes, and originate from a different country and culture, pasta are an evolution of Noodles, created in southern Europe around the 4th century, contrary to the legend of Marco Polo, while noodles are an Asian recipe, both are boiled dough but that is not an excuse, after all Americans are basically European colonialists but none of you call yourselves that so stop it with the noodle pasta situation.

  3. I stopped this video right here when you explained the egg dilemma.
For years I've been moaning about the egg sizes.
Back in the good ol' days we used to have small, medium, large and extra large. The small size disappeared years ago resulting in a 'mixed size' carton.
I always only buy large eggs and inspect them to make sure that's what im paying for.

  4. i can never wrap my head around
    boiling raw dough
and not ending up with a goopy mess

  5. I used to think making pasta was difficult, but with your coaching, I know I'll definitely try it out! Thanks so much for all you do!

  6. Your egg sizing observation is spot on! When did egg sizes become so arbitrary? Love your show,I use several of your recipes often and they never let me down. Thanks for sharing

  7. Why no one give us the right thickness of each type of pasta. The machine has like about 8 different of widths. Please, can you let us know what’s the preferred width for lasagna and other pastas?

  8. How to fix the dough if I add more flour? I tried to add more olive oil but still it didn’t come out like in the video, I really need your help😅
