My thoughts for the living room/dining space – stain or get new table. Burle wood cabinet looks good where it’s at, just needs a mirror or art above it. Move the couch table under the living room window and pull couch back. Get rid of the black/rattan cabinet and move the tall floor mirror to that wall. Loving the space so far!
To fix the high TV issue – have you considered getting a mount where you can pull TV out and angle it down? We have high fireplaces too and this has been a game changer for us.

The Bosch is likely an induction stove top, so you can only use specific materials on it for the induction to work !

+1 for the comment that you probably have an induction top – different than electric and it requires certain types of pans.

I think your mirror would look better where the buffet table is, and bring more light in as well.
Your super big mirror would also look great where your current console table is too, and hang some hooks for the dog stuff & keys!
