I had the incredible experience of attending the grand opening of Sgrizzi at 9250 S Rainbow Blvd., Suite 130. This beautiful new restaurant is the creation of Chef Marc Sgrizzi, who brings over 40 years of culinary expertise.

Chef Marc Sgrizzi, a self-taught virtuoso, began his journey at his family’s Italian eatery in Florida. His travels to Italy have deepened his expertise in traditional Italian cuisine, allowing him to perfect dishes inspired by his Calabrian roots and ancient Roman recipes. At Sgrizzi, his dedication to premium ingredients and unparalleled dining experiences is evident in every bite.

Sgrizzi offers an eight to ten-course chef’s tasting menu at an open kitchen counter where Chef Marc prepares each dish while sharing its rich history and techniques. From hand-mixed pizza dough to exquisite Calabrian specialties, every dish tells a story of passion and tradition.

Chef Marc’s career is adorned with accolades from renowned publications like the Palm Beach Post and Desert Magazine. Sgrizzi showcases his commitment to culinary excellence and his talent for transforming locations into culinary hotspots. Don’t miss the in-house bakery – their desserts are to die for!

– Tuesday to Saturday: 5 PM – 10 PM
– Sunday: 9 AM – 2 PM and 5 PM – 10 PM
– Bakery: Daily from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
