Recipe:
-500 grams/ 17.6 oz bread flour
-25 grams/ O.8 oz butter
-one tablespoon sugar
-one abd half teaspoon salt
-one teaspoon fast action dry yeast
-300 ml / 10.6 oz warm water
-chopped tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, any condiments to taste
In the oven at 175’C (347’F) for half hour.
