Ingredients:
– 250g cannelloni pasta tubes
– 500g minced beef
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 400g canned chopped tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 250g ricotta cheese
– 100g grated Parmesan cheese
– 200g grated mozzarella cheese
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and translucent.
3. Add the minced meat to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
4. Stir in the canned chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Meanwhile, cook the cannelloni pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
7. Take a baking dish and spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
8. Carefully stuff each cannelloni tube with the ricotta cheese mixture and place them in the baking dish.
9. Pour the remaining meat sauce over the stuffed cannelloni, spreading it evenly.
10. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.
11. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
13. Once done, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
