Ciao everyone we are back and this week  we are in Marche yeah woohoo look at this   charming hamlet I really hope the house is  close to that church well let’s take a look   out your window there is the church I even  see the bell I can see my reflection in the  

Bell and you know we can’t pass up a property  with spectacular views like these and a home   that has gorgeous architectural details like  this okay I want to see this one so badly so   let’s get into it here is the property  information this is Patrignone in Marche

$139,000 a three bed three bath over 2400  square feet two terraces a porch and a really   nice surprise too I thought you were going to  say a partridge in a pear tree almost mhm where   exactly is this picturesque hamlet well there  it is on the east coast wow look at that town  

I mean nestled in the hills in the mountains  beautiful and how do you get to this beautiful   little hamlet well there are actually two airports  the first airport is about an hour and 15 minutes   away in Ancona and the second airport is Abruzzo  about an hour and 20 minutes away you have many  

Options the closest train station is a half an  hour away so we have planes and trains and now   automobiles so Rome is about 2 and 1/2 hours  away Pisa is 4 hours and 12 minutes away and  

Venice is 4 hours and 18 minutes away okay this  one’s cool Split is 10 and 1/2 hours away why do   we bring up split babe because there is a ferry  from Ancona to Split you can take it overnight  

You can bring your car it’s also about 10 hours  but you’re sleeping and then when you get there   you’re looking at this um this is why I would go  10 and 1/2 hours to see this destination this is   gorgeous there are several bus stops in the  area which is very convenient absolutely and  

Then here is an overhead view of the hamlet  and also the closest town so here is where   the house is located in the hamlet right there  and then there are two restaurants one within   feet of the home wandering with wine to two  restaurants so you’re in this charming hamlet  

Right is there a town close by yes there’s a town  one mile away Montalto delle Marque and there are   a lot of services there thanks everyone we really  appreciate your kindness and support it means the

That’s cute yep oh I love this I love that door  right those front doors I want a handle right in   the middle of the door not to the right or to the  left I love that right so here is the hallway once  

You walk in through that front door right here is  where that front door is here’s the hallway and   now we’re going to head right through here check  this out we are going into the living room which   has ah beautiful ceilings beautiful floors it’s  such a nice cozy space and that room looks very  

New fresh and clean it really does it does and  here are those authentic fantastic ceilings those   beams are serious the floors I even love the doors  look at the molding on them that’s cute oh I love  

It that room seems very light and bright yep we  are leaving this space right here to go into the   hallway and then check this kitchen out this one  is cool here is that cool kitchen with fireplace   even a vented hood mhm a cooktop gorgeous  ceilings once again oh my gosh the ceilings  

In this place and they’re high too they’re not  low ceilings everything feels really open and   bright which I love and very airy seriously  and look at that sink love it so we’re going   to leave this kitchen and head into the dining  room here is the kitchen and here is the dining  

Room let’s take a look here it is look at that  beam on the ceiling look at all that light and   uh I see a tube TV babe if you had a VHS hooked  up to that what movie would you watch go VHS

Yes Dirty Dancing Goonies okay Goonies okay  good Goonies on VHS and here’s another look   at that dining space there’s the kitchen  those beams then there is the hallway off   of that main entrance and I see a terrace  also known as the happy hour tower salute

Salute because that’s what we would probably  be doing when I say probably I mean definitely   be drinking some wine out on this terrace yep  what is the size of the terrace babe it’s about   100 square feet yeah you could fit six people  eight people 10 people yeah I like it there it  

Is cute shutters I really like that I like that  tree coming up this is probably taken you know   winter time so beautiful leaves maybe some shade  you know I love it so from this terrace you come  

Into the hallway go up a couple steps and you  are in a bathroom look at that bathroom pretty   bathroom I like it mhm yeah that nice size shower  yeah that one’s definitely new fresh and clean it  

Is for sure and this bathroom is so cute I think  you have to rate the bidet here what what is that   I don’t know what a bidet is a cute bidet a cute  bidet that is cute bidet wow I’m going to give  

It a 10 I think that’s the best one we’ve seen  it looks crisp and clean and fresh you have a   little towel holder over there everything’s shiny  I love it so from the bathroom right here you go  

Up these stairs take a look at these stairs these  are marble stairs in your house and at the top of   the stairs babe what do you see there’s a window  with a gorgeous view that is I mean look at all  

That stone look at that brick I mean I feel like  I’m back in time time traveler back in what 1400   1500 1600 somewhere in that range I love it  Renaissance period when you’re done taking in  

The beautiful hamlet view then you can go into  the first bedroom and I see a tube TV another   one so honey if there was a VHS player hooked  up to that what movie would you be watching uh   I would say either the Philadelphia Experiment  or The Final Countdown oh The Final Countdown  

You love it and you know it no I don’t best  time travel movie one of the best of all time   all right let’s walk into this pretty bedroom  again high ceilings light and bright and airy  

And that view okay I’m in a classic Italian view  I love it and I don’t know specifics about these   windows but I look at that and that looks to  be look double blazed in very good shape and   you’re right probably double glazed you know  perfect this bedroom is an ensuite peer through  

That door at that new fresh and clean bathroom  I mean every bathroom in this place I’d probably   eat off the floor not directly off the floor  but like on a plate I’d lay on the floor and  

Eat food off of a plate on the floor why would  you do that just to show that it’s very clean   or I had too much wine to drink something like  that but I see a lot of light coming from the  

Right yeah probably the latter and where does it  go babe to another terrace or happy hour tower   you know back in 1997 I fell for this chic we  didn’t get married until 20 05 um it’s been a  

Little while I love her more every single day  um but you know what else I love this view 97 it’s hard to leave that beautiful terrace but  we must to show you the rest of the house leaving  

That terrace you go through the bedroom and into  the hallway where there are two bedrooms look   how cute and quaint that looks I know the floors  are great look at the trim around the doors it’s   beautiful let’s go into this first bedroom okay  that’s a decent sized bedroom it is floors too  

Yeah you’re right the floors are great look at all  that light in there I mean this is the brightest   place that we’ve seen I think it really is and it  feels so cozy and homey I don’t know there’s just  

Something special about it yeah and I believe  these pictures were taken at midnight so even   at the darkest hour it’s still bright in there no  they weren’t and the cherry on top is the view out  

Of this window look at the mountain views I feel  like I’m in Animal Kingdom in Orlando and this is   the uh the roller coaster yeah Everest but we’re  in Italy so it’s not that no um oh the brick look  

At the view too you have the hamlet view on one  side and the mountain view on the other then you   have this pretty brick the pretty floors the door  the trim this place is just like you babe hmm it’s  

Unreal ah I don’t know if that’s good or not give  me a kiss for that any excuse to give this girl   a kiss here’s another view from that bedroom and  here it is this is the church view you know it’s  

Charming to have the bell ring hopefully it’s not  every 15 minutes maybe it’s every half hour maybe   it’s on the hour but whatever it is yeah all night  long you know I’ll take it through double glazed  

Windows you’ll have some ear plugs you’ll be just  fine here we are back in that hallway and let’s   go into the third bedroom again floors brick high  ceilings open and bright and airy and so pretty   yeah unbelievable this bedroom has an ensuite  let’s take a look at the pink toilet paper I  

Guess there’s pink toilet paper right there okay  that is new fresh and clean that is a cute bidet   that one also gets a 10 you know uh I was going  to say that’s a tub it’s a tub if you’re a baby  

Um it’s just cuz you’re close to it pedestal  sink yeah it’s a pedestal sink right um okay   babe let’s go outside and let’s take a look tell  me what I’m looking at here all right this is the  

Front of the property on the other side and there  is parking right there so this home doesn’t have   private parking but you have this parking location  you can unpack things right in front of the home  

But you’ll be able to park there okay that sounds  fine okay if you walk out of your front door this   is what you see I mean this is not too bad I don’t  know what’s that movie with Tom Hanks when he’s  

Like in Italy and he’s finding all this stuff  yeah it’s like The Da Vinci Code sort of like   he’s going through stuff and here we are but you  know can you imagine having Da Vinci Code out your  

Front door here we are on the side of the house  look at the brick those pavers everything is so   so pretty gorgeous pretty gorgeous and there’s a  palm tree uh I don’t know where we are latitude  

Wise but we’ll find out soon we’ll show you you  know but it seems like it’s probably a little   south we’ll see maybe not we’ll see and then as  you come around the corner you have these doors  

And you walk through the doors and you see this  beautiful cantina how much space is down there   babe almost 1,000 square feet okay let’s take a  look so like the rest of this property whoever put   all this together they were very meticulous this  is a meticulous cantina we’ve seen some catacomb  

Looking things with spider webs and stuff you  don’t want to look at I could live down here I   want to live down here we would do something  in this space for sure you have laundry down   there you have the mechanics of the house you  have these you know bricks everywhere beautiful  

Floors I mean these floors look like they should  be in the main part of the house this is the main   part of the house as far as I’m concerned you  keep walking and you see the brick arches and  

You have your own internal cave it looks like is  that two caves what are we talking about like it   look at that there’s some serious wine storage  that would happen down here I was going to say  

Babe wine cave I’m excited wine cave and on  top of all of that you have a porch outside   over 300 square feet let’s take a look okay go  through this beautiful rod iron little gate it’s  

It’s covered you know it looks a little messy  maybe we’d clean it up you know but man this is   another outdoor space yeah and those views down  there we would definitely tidy this up and use  

It for something else however what is behind the  blue door here’s a look at the side of the house   again looking up you can see the shutters all that  gorgeous brick it was a pretty day when they took  

Pictures that’s gorgeous so what is this babe  here is a little wander through the hamlet here   we go all right you tell me what you see babe I  see countryside views that are very pretty look  

At that I love the way the streets are with the  pavers and all the brick everywhere it’s really   quite pretty that’s the other parking area that’s  close to the home so you have those two parking   areas you can see the church right there and  then straight ahead here is the house you cannot  

Walk there on Google Maps but there is the home  right there straight ahead yeah in between the   tight area you see this sort of a light tan house  with gray at the bottom that is the house so this  

Is an interesting area right we have the hamlet  where the property is and then we have the town   where we have a little more you know some more  amenities and things like that services so in  

The hamlet there are two grocery stores and you  see four in the town that’s only one mile away   so I’m going to say six grocery stores in town  so we’ll stick with that logic now for the rest  

Of the video there are three butchers in town  there are two bakers in town and Jaime put this   one together do I have a picture of some pastries  no no okay there weren’t any I’m picturing them   they’re creamy they’re flaky they’re great but  there are how many restaurants in the general  

Area babe seven seven there are seven restaurants  in a general area babe and there are two close to   the property one is within steps of the property  and it’s an Argentinian restaurant so don’t think  

You go to Italy and all you’re eating is Italian  food but look at how unique this place is yeah um   maybe they have meatballs there if they did it  would have a little twist to it what what else  

They have a lot of meat I’m excited about this  what else would they have that’s Italian food   that might have in this place braciole okay what  is that for some people that may not know cuz you  

Have a family recipe so the way my family makes  it it’s flank steak and we pound it out it’s got   pecorino romano and a lots of herbs and spices  and garlic and then we roll it up and tie it  

Up and then we throw it in the sauce on Sunday  for our gravy and then we cut it and it’s like   a little pinwheel kind of and that’s why I found  this chick n ’97 and I haven’t left her since and  

I’m going to be with her until the day one of us  oh don’t say it we’re going to die at the same on   the same day on the same hour the same minute  the same second that’s what’s going to happen  

Anyway it’s a little morbid however uh this place  has meatballs here’s another restaurant close to   the property and it has alfresco dining that looks  back at Montalto delle Marche nice alfresco dining   for the Jaimewife there are a ton of bars in this  area there’s a pub and there’s also a coffee bar  

Perfect and here is a view from one of the local  bars I thought you were going to say that’s a   winery I know elevate my drinking to a bar okay  let’s see what happens look at those views I want  

It now we’re going to elevate our drinking at a  winery there’s one or two times 30 wineries in   the general area and this is an elevated drinking  experience tell me about it babe this is one of  

The local wineries I mean look at that view it’s  beautiful all right some need to knows there is   one doctor in town plus there are two medical  centers I like that right mhm as you get older  

This becomes more and more important sadly where’s  the hospital from where I am that’s what we’re all   saying at this point and it is 8.8 miles away 17  minutes as for dentists there is one tooth in town  

And there’s one in town and one close by and for  anyone who just started watching and is like why   are they saying one tooth in town that means  dentist there’s little tooth icons so we count  

The tooth icons and say one tooth in town two  teeth in town so anyway one tooth in town and two   in the general area and the veterinarian is only  10 minutes away for our Zozo and Maui sweet baby  

Girls if you have kiddos you have grade school  you have middle school and you have high school   so all your bases are covered and if you don’t  know how to drive in Italy or you don’t know how  

To drive or whatever there are two driving schools  in town little scary why are they centered in this   area okay we’re just going to stay in the house  get on those views and drink some wine salute salute and there are three churches in town  one is obviously just a few steps away from  

The property and one of them looks just like  this okay woah all right Roman numerals who   knows their Roman numerals on that clock right  there is that a sundial I think that’s a sundial   with Roman numerals I love it time for some  fun stuff okay golf golf is 37 minutes away  

And babe yes what is your favorite golf movie  I would say possibly Caddyshack or the Legend   of Bagger Vance or the Greatest Game Ever Played  or Tin Cup Tin Cup okay oh I don’t know that’s a  

Tough one anyway let us know what your favorite  golf movie is hiking is just a half an hour away   perfect skiing about a half an hour away with  these views okay I am in all right you’re going  

To wear mine yeah let me see oh great great  okay ready here we go where’s the beach the   beach is uh not where guys buy these glasses  like these but it’s 29 minutes away thank you  

Babe for letting me borrow your glasses I like  them yeah I bet you do cuz they’re yours so one   of the other things that’s on the coast so close  to this property is Borgo di Grottammare Alta look  

At this gorgeous historic town all right let’s  all go there right now here is some other fun   stuff around around the town you have a community  swimming pool you have an athletic field and you   have tennis courts this is great okay some more  need to knows there are four hair salons in town  

There’s a gym 10 minutes away there’s a jewelry  store in town hint hint I’m not sure what that   means I already got your a ring 18 years ago but  I’ll get you some earrings or something if you  

Want you know some titanium some titanium I don’t  know you want some titanium you want some steel   you want some uh you know rustic silver what do  you want proceed matte silver okay and there’s a  

Spa 23 minutes away there are two hardware stores  in town not bad are there two what’s that not in   town that’s a purse that sells purses that you  pack all the jewelry that I don’t buy you into  

Those purses okay and what else do we have babe  [Music] we have a gas station in town it says   two there’s one but there are multiple in the  area you know why she’s doing the gas station  

Uh little secret here uh because when we get gas  she pumps it no I don’t think she’s pumped gas   for seven years yes I have but it is one of my  least favorite things to do yeah not good for  

Her great for me um there’s an auto parts store  eight minutes away not bad at all mhm and there   is a post office in town this says two there’s  one what do you do at the post office babe you  

Send stuff back to your friends and family in  the States and why would you do that so they come   visit you in Italy and why would they come visit  you in Italy because they’re jealous of because  

They’re jealous that we’re living in Italy here  we go let’s talk about temps baby how hot we can   be so let’s talk about temps baby um the hottest  average temperature in the hottest month is 73°  

Which is 7 yeah 73 74 and what is the temp for  the Celsius people 23 is some 23ish uh that’s   actually really really nice and the humidity a  little sliver of oppressive down there that pink  

It’s not bad though really not too bad no mhm  mobile and internet Verizon 5G of course Tim is   back okay um I think it’s the Tim from Shawshank  Redemption it could be Tim from uh Jacob’s Ladder  

But I’m going to go with Shawshank uh because you  know he had a lot of reception he got out of jail   he could talk to people he had communication in  the jail um 4G plus 4G sorry about that guys and  

There is Starlink available all throughout Italy  does Amazon deliver I bet they do so thanks babe   you know I think she’s going as deep as  she can so they deliver ssylqqj mensola um one to 4 day delivery I don’t know how you can outdo  that that’s good dude all right here is  

Our checklist for this beautiful property no  air conditioning fireplace yes beautiful floors   yes wood beam ceilings they are yes yes yes  so pretty porch yes very nice babe yes view   babe views babe uh terrace how many terraces  are there two two terraces there’s no garage  

No there’s a very small cantina oh wait no it’s a  1,000 square foot gorgeous cantina that should be   a wine celler and the personal little cave that’s  there yeah we’ll take care of that no problem if  

We buy this property there like I said there’s no  garage but there are two different areas to park   very near to the property so that definitely  works there is no pool however you can take a shower I kept looking you and here is the  property information one more time for you  

Patrignone in Marche $139,000 Patrignone what’d  I say Patrignonyay oh but we’re working on our   Italian and I love you very much uh $139,000 I’m  trying [Laughter] I know you’re doing a great   job but I love you I’m always going to be honest  with you and I love you so much uh $139,000 for  

How many bedrooms and how many bathrooms babe  a three bedroom three bath over 2,400 square   feet two terraces a porch a gorgeous cantina what  more could you ask for I know what you could ask  

For two cute bidets that are 10 out of 10 right  and the whole place is light and bright and the   whole place is new fresh and clean including the  cantina it’s true you know unbelievable first and
