You’ll see even though the lady that owns it looked at me a little bit strange I think this makes a brilliant entrance so obviously you wouldn’t have this straight in front of you but you have storage here and let me show you why the this for me is the entrance this belongs to

You which is just a a great little area and this belongs to you that has the washing machine and look we have an internal Courtyard how amazing is that so that your property starts is that’s the bathroom and he all of this area there’s one uh the is actually the

Owner’s mom that lives upstairs and nobody lives above that because they uh I think it’s a holiday home or something like that but how amazing is it to have this and what an entrance I just think that if you painted this up did something

Else to it now it’s used as a just as a utility area and it’s also great to keep it as that with the sink because you’ve got something then for when you’re when you’re out here but I just think it has another another effect as an entrance love it obviously somebody

Else’s small Terrace up there that must be uh the lady’s mom but people here don’t use their Terraces like like we do they use them just us it to hang things out and but part of living here and being part of of this kind of

Thing is is is to get on with your neighbors uh is community that’s what it’s all about I just love this and I just think it makes such an ace entrance I really do Ace why did I say ace I never use that word where am I that lights outside as

Well so obviously I will show you the other end so you can then decide what you would I just think this is fantastic and then there’s two possibilities then this is the kitchen and this is what’s used as the living room now so I’m going to go in

The way that I I think I’m going to go straight in to the kitchen and this is a great great little kitchen and it’s INB condition oh I really look look at all these Ved ceilings and all the windows and doors great conditioned they’re all double glazed fly

Little nosy let’s have a quick look so it’s just under the sink storage more storage more storage obviously the oven and I’m guessing more storage here so if you did want a dishwasher then not quite sure where you would put it but you’ll just have to wash the dishes yourself

Boiler not brand new but certainly not old and everything works extremely wellz it’s really warm in here so I I know everything works oh I really like this place not sure about some of the colors that she used but now this at the moment is the lounge

Whereas I depends how many bedrooms you need because if you need two beds then this would be your living space and you can actually this is the other entrance that was saying about that off the courtyard if you wanted to come in here rather than going straight into the kitchen actually even though

This door’s a little bit low maybe the best the best one of the two look at this look at the Ved ceilings again vaulting everywhere and wood floors everywhere now that some of you may say no I want to use the entrance that they’re using which is simply this one this takes us

Back out onto the corridor onto the corridor where we were before and obviously I just want to show you that if I can find the uh the light so I’m back on the corridor where we came up but I just like I don’t know there’s something about that other

Entrance anyway there you go you can choose which one would you choose for me as well some of the lighting is is a little bit dark making this place look dark because it’s not got plenty of openings as well I just think maybe these spotlights are not the

Best idea for in here and it’s quite a dark color but oh go it’s so good now if you only needed one bedroom with the potential of a second then I would possibly use this as a dining area because it’s just off the kitchen and

Then I would have a a nice big Lounge in here and again look at the vating brilliant but you can lay this out how you please how you choose how you want what am I saying anyway I am I’m getting excited can you tell me my voice I’m getting really

Excited about this one somebody’s going to be so lucky and I want to visit you lucky people so if you wanted one bed then you would either have living room or a dining room in in here and then you got lots of living space between these two rooms you got

The kitchen you got the bathroom beyond the kitchen which I’m still to show you then you got these beautiful windows again with Shutters on the inside which is fantastic you’ve also got fly screens and the views obviously it’s the street scene if I can get this I’m not

Going to force it but you’ve been on the street with the with the church or you can see the church at the end there look how historical these buildings are brilliant imagine the atmosphere in the evening time as well amazing and then we have the master drum and again

Look at the vings look how beautiful this is I think actually if if it’s possible to reveal the bricks in here that would just be amazing we’d have to uh because usually you can but you need to see the the way they are and the strength of them and that kind of thing

Sometimes they need strengthening from above not all the time but uh if not I think I’d be tempted to just paint everything white but that’s just me and some of you don’t care what I think so we’ve got the double double doors again and what I was saying before is

Into the kitchen area and it would be a low door looking at these but behind here behind this wardrobe there used to be a door that went into the kitchen area that’s what I showed you before which potentially then you could come into this bedroom through there

Which then means that could be a second bedroom depends what you need depends whether you need one or two beds cuz originally traditionally it was a two bed but they just wanted more living space so if it’s only for guests put your Lounge in there put a nice um sofa

Bed in there and that’s your second bedroom and you could reopen this just use it when you’ve got guest oh I love this place absolutely love it I can’t describe the atmosphere in here I feel like I’m going to get quite emotional I’ve gone quiet as

Well love it I’m still sticking with my idea for the entrance around there I know some of you may say no but I I could imagine some furniture or something here to sort of block this off and and this to me would just be the

Would be a dining room if you needed two beds then this would be a living room your dining room you keep next to your kitchen that would be an entrance to one uh one bedroom and then the other entrance to the other bedroom would be through there

And all of that to me works works perfectly either way whatever you wanted to do and that would probably be the main bedroom then and I love this area if if you took this out you could probably get a bigger bigger like the bigger table here if you need

That I think I would do that rather than having I mean you could even then if you wanted to extend your kitchen maybe into this part and maybe have a dishwasher or something like that in there which would be easy to do because all the water’s at

This side so there’s drains here so I I think I would do that I know I sometimes like to say things and people say we’re not interested in what you want to do but I I think that’s a pretty good idea that way then you can extend this kitchen along

Here because I’m just thinking wondering where the fridge is actually have we seen a fridge can I open this oh no hang on what is this this actually looks like oh no that’s the oh that’s the fridge thought that was a dishwasher to start with so we have got a fridge but yeah

You could definitely or even just put a bigger fridge here if you wanted a bigger fridge there’s definitely things you can do let’s see the bathroom so the bathroom is off the kitchen but that’s just the way it is look at that just look at this I love the atmosphere of

That then the bathroom go down a little Corridor you can’t take any of these walls out because they seem quite thick even though there must be some insulation in here but this bathroom is uh is beautiful as well look at the tiles it’s not huge but it has

Everything the oblig obligatory oblig my my my as you know my English words are all over the place obligatory obligatory obligatory whichever um be day I do notice that people like to take the mess a little bit out of some of my uh pronunciations and things it is mad

Cuz I speak Italian quite a lot through my days I do then forget some of my uh my English words these tiles are really nice again I think I have to go for white cuz it does seem a little bit dark well it’s not dark but you know

What I mean and this it’s a great size shower again I’m fairly large boned but I would get in there with no problem I quite like this quite like this the fact that it is open really good quality fittings as well um the Taps and handles everything’s really really great

Steps away from the market areas and everything else it it’s just I’m I’m Gob smacked and at this price I think the price is superb absolutely superb this is uh I love it and just remember the door that I mentioned before I think actually you can see where it used to be yeah

Used to be here so down here so you can open that up again if you wanted to if you need it maybe you don’t need two beds or maybe you’re happy to have a a sofa bed in the other but I think I would still open that door
