Ingredients
* 1 lb Pizza Dough 
* 2 cups Pizza Sauce
* 1 lb Mozzarella
* 3 – 4 Basil Leaves 
* 1 tsp Oregano
* 1 tsp Thyme
* ½ inch Olive Oil
* Salt
* Pepper

How to Prepare
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Add about a ½ inch of olive oil to a pan and heat it up
3. Take your pizza dough and cut it into 4 equal seized pieces
4. Roll the pieces out to make them into miniature pizzas
5. Using tongs, place the dough into the oil until it is golden brown
6. Turn the dough to cook evenly
7. Remove and place on a plate to season
8. Use a little bit of salt and pepper to season the dough
9. For the sauce, cut the basil leaves into thin pieces and add them into the pizza sauce
10. Spread the sauce on top of the miniature pizzas
11. Add mozzarella, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
12. Basil leaves can be added on for additional flavor onto the sauce
13. Put the pizzas in the oven for at least 10 minutes
14. Once done, take the miniature pizzas out of the oven and place a basil leaf on top of each pizza Enjoy!

So let’s get started I’ve got the oven preheated at 400° and I’ve got a cast iron pan on here and I’ve got about a shy of a/ in of olive oil and I got to start making some individual little pizzas I’m going to take some flour pop

It down and then I’m going to pull that out I’m going to cut it in four pieces and then with your hands you’re going to make a nice round you’re going to set it right in that pan it’s been about 2 minutes I’m going to give it a nice flip

Over so I’m want to hit it with a little bit of salt and then I’m going to hit it with a little bit of freshly ground pepper and we’re good to go we’re going to start with our sauce take about one I’ve got a big spoon in here I’m going

To equally divide it now what you’re going to do you like a lot of cheese you don’t like a lot of cheese now I’m going to use a little bit of that oregano Just A Pinch same thing with our time I’m going to hit it with a little bit of

Pink Himalayan some more fresh ground pepper I’m going to drizzle them with a little bit of that V Andel if you got a couple of nice leaves of the basil I like to get a couple of small ones and put them on just in the sauce so it’s

Off to the oven 400° I’m just going to throw it with a nice beautiful basil right on there when it’s hot
