Alfredo and Creamy pasta with red sauce. Delicious and easy to make !!

Ingredients for making Alfredo:

-one chicken breast
-1/3 tsp garlic powder
-1/3 tsp paprika
-1/3 tsp onion powder
-black pepper as required
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/3 tsp chili flakes
-1/2 tsp oil
-2 tbsp butter
-1 tbsp olive oil
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 cup sliced mushroom
-1 1/4 cup heavy cream
-8 oz of fettuccini
-2 tbsp cream cheese
-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
-Italian seasoning

Recipe:

-cut one breast chicken into half, and marinate with 1/3 tsp garlic powder, 1/3 tsp paprika powder, 1/3 tsp onion powder, white or black pepper, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/3 tsp chili flakes, massage both side.
-add 1/2 tbsp oil to both the sides and massage well.
-brush the grill pan with oil, heat the pan on medium flame.
-cook 3-4 minutes per sides, depending on the thickness, and after that set it aside.
-heat the pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp olive oil.
-add 3 cloves of garlic-minced, saute for about minutes.
-mix in sliced mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes.
-pour 1 1/4 cup heavy cream and cook for 5-6 minutes.
-fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
-add the pasta to the boiling water until is cooked about half way.
-add 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mix it in to combine.
-add black pepper and salt to taste, mix well.
When the pasta is ready, add it directly in the sauce, add 1/4 cup of pasta water if needed.
-simmer all together for a minute.
-top with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, chili flakes.
-cut your breast chicken into small pieces.
-serve the pasta, top with sliced chicken, parmesan cheese, chili flakes and fresh coriander.

Ingredients for making creamy pasta with red sauce:

-2 tbsp butter
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 cup tomato paste
-1 1/3 cup heavy cream
-1/2 tbsp dried basil
-chili flakes as required
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-2 tbsp butter
-300 gr penne
-parmesan cheese

Recipe:

-heat the pan on low-medium flame, add 2 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp olive oil.
-add 2 tbsp minced garlic and saute for a minute.
-add 1/2 cup tomato paste and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-pour 1 1/3 cup heavy cream, mix until incorporated, simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
-add 1/2 tbsp dried basil, chili flakes, salt to taste and black pepper.
-mix all together, add 2 tbsp butter and mix until sauce is smooth and creamy.
-bring a large pot of water to boil, add 300 gr penne with pinch of salt.
-cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes.
-add the cooked pasta and mix to coat evenly.
-pour 1/2 cup of pasta water and mix again.
-top with parmesan cheese, serve the pasta with small tomatoes, parmesan cheese, chili flakes and fresh coriander.
