Hiii simmers! Inspired by another Enes Yilmazer’s video here is an Italian luxury mansion. So my version has:

BASEMENT LEVEL: staff en-suite, gym with bathroom, wine room, theatre room, game room with bar area, outdoor seating.

GROUND FLOOR: courtyard with fireplace and seating, guest suite with its own living space, office, laundry room, toddler’s bedroom, formal dining area, two main living areas, bar space, huge kitchen with pantry and breakfast area, outdoor breakfast area, guest bedroom, guest suite with WIC and its own private patio with lounges and hot tub. Outdoor pool with lounges and hot tub, fireplace seating area, grill and dining area.

FIRST FLOOR: living area with bar space, guest suite with WIC and another 2 en-suites. Master huge en-suite with its own spa and sauna area and WIC. Enjoy it and I hope you will like it. 😊
