This pasta is a great way to enjoy a close-to-authentic Italian meal in a fraction of the time! We’ll show you how to make the dough, put it into the sandwich maker, and then cook the pasta in the sandwich maker. After watching this video, you’ll be able to make authentic Italian Sub Pasta in minutes!

Ingredients:
2/3 cup ham – diced
2/3 cup salami – diced
½ cup pepperoncini pepper – diced
1 pint grape tomatoes – halved
½ red onion diced
½ cup black olives sliced
1 lb. fusilli pasta, cooked
8 oz. mozzarella shredded cheese / optional

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

1 T fresh basil – chopped
1 clove garlic -minced
1 T oregano
1 T black pepper
1 T kosher salt
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Combine the oil, vinegar and spices and coat/toss over pasta mixture.
