Join us on an unforgettable travel adventure as we explore the ancient ruins of Pompeii and the picturesque coastal town of Sorrento. In this captivating vlog, we’ll take you on a journey from Rome to Naples, showcasing the highlights, unexpected challenges, and remarkable experiences we encountered along the way.

Join us as we embark on a thrilling travel adventure from Rome to the mesmerising Amalfi Coast. Our first stop is the ancient city of Pompeii, known for its well-preserved ruins and rich history.

We hop on the train from Rome, enjoying the scenic views as we make our way to Naples.

Upon arrival in Naples, we board the Campania Express, expecting a comfortable and seamless transfer to Pompeii. However, we share our honest disappointment with the service, as we found it overpriced and lacking in value.

Once we arrive in Pompeii, we immerse ourselves in the fascinating history and captivating ruins. Join us as we stroll through the ancient streets, marvel at the preserved artifacts, and uncover the stories of this once-thriving Roman city.

After our tour around Pompeii, we encounter an unexpected twist. The Campania Express fails to show up for our journey to Sorrento. Undeterred, we catch a local Circumvesuviana train.

Upon arrival in Sorrento, we check into our accommodation, the Sorrento Apartments ONE which i highly recommend.

We have dinner in the enchanting Marina Grande area of Sorrento, savoring the delicious local cuisine while basking in the stunning coastal views. The picturesque scenery and tranquil atmosphere create an unforgettable dining experience.
