thank you for the video i eat pizza every week but so far out of a normal oven and a 405 type flour now i have ordered a gas pizza oven with 400 degrees and some good italian 00 flour with the right w rating. i will try your recipe of course 😊

good chef + dough maker + professional oven = no guide. if you making guide for beginners, make it with common appliance!!! do you understand?? we dont sell pizza, we just make once in a year or something. we only have home oven that comes with stove. we make dough with hand!!

Thanks for this awesome recipe Vincenzo ! Now I use it to make pizzas almost every week and I don't buy pizzas anywhere ever again! I Cook them with my kamado barbecue, with the "doejoe" add on. Works pretty smoothly.

I make great dough without kneading. I just leave it to sit for 30 mins then do some stretches and folds every half hour until it’s smooth.

My dough balls went sooo big after resting that there was no separation but then each one that I took out went completely flat 😭 what did I do wrong? And 2 got holes in them when stretching. Crust didn’t puff up in cooking

Mister Vincenzo, I need advice. My room temperature is always about 22-23 Celsius (almost 74 Fahrenheit) and I get all done right but my dough seems over-proofed. Do I need to shorten resting time maybe? I don’t have any cooler spot in my apartment. Thank you ❤
