This trendy Caribbean island restaurant in Dominica serves exquisite French Canadian Fusion Cuisine!

This Caribbean island restaurant, Lacou Dominica, opened in Dominica recently, and specializes in caribbean fusion food. The owners are Canadian born, Montreal-based Chefs (Jesse Perryman and Sutherland Haskell), who fell in love with Dominica and chose the nature isle as the best destination for their Caribbean island restaurant.

They also work with island-born chefs or aspiring caribbean chefs (from Dominica, from Guyana with Jamaican influences) who are also passionate about caribbean fusion food!

I had the privilege to dine at Lacou Dominica and was excited to learn more about what makes this Caribbean island restaurant so unique: the ambiance, mixed cultural setting, the caribbean fusion food that they serve with an intentional touch of Italian, French and Montreal taste: Lacou Dominica is a must stop when you visit the Caribbean, especially the nature isle, Dominica!
