Chicken Cannelloni
FOR CHICKEN
Oil 2tbsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Fry till soft, than add
Garlic paste 1tsp
Chicken chunks 1/2 kg
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 2tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Mushrooms 1 can ( sliced)
Cook for 5 mins and keep aside.
FOR CHEESE SAUCE
Flour 3tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 3/4 tsp
Mustard paste 3/4 tsp
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Water 1 1/2 cup
Chicken cube 1
Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Add everything in pan together, put on flame and continuously mix with whisk till thick dripping consistency.
FOR TOMATO SAUCE
Oil 1tbsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Orange colour pinch
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
FOR ASSEMBLING
โTake tortillas and add chicken mixture in middle and roll it and put in greased pyrex dish.
โOn top pour cheese sauce and Tomato sauce. Finally add Cheddar cheese.
โBake at 180 degrees for 10-20 mins.
