INGREDIENTS FOR 2 VANILLA CAKE:
420gr flour
360gr sugar
12 eggs
vanilla powder
30gr baking powder
INGREDIENTS FOR THE VANILLA CUSTARD:
500ml milk
120gr sugar
40gr corn starch
4 egg yolk
vanilla powder
300ml whipped cream (to be add to the vanilla custard once is cold)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SIMPLE SYRUP:
200ml water
100gr sugar
30ml rum
