The ‘Super Tuscan’ wine is named Bolgheri Medici Riccardi and it scored a whopping 92 out of 100 in Lidl’s ‘Summer Wine Tour’ as well as being classed as outstanding by Masters of Wine. So, it’s safe to say the bottle is a good one and you can get your hands on it at Lidl for just £13.99, which is a total bargain when you consider this style of wine has been known to sell for hundreds of pounds. The quality and nature of Super Tuscan wines mean they often have a hefty price tag attached but luckily you can while away the hours sipping the delicious offering for far less.
