In this episode, I decided to make pizza from scratch. I made not only the dough, but also the sauce and the Italian sausage. I find kneading the dough quite therapeutic. What makes my pizza different is the fact that I cold ferment my dough for at least 24 hours. Yes, it takes a long time to prepare but it is all worth it in the end. All in all, I hope you guys get to try this recipe for yourselves and for you to be inspired to add whatever toppings you believe is good. Enjoy!
