Today we are making a twist on an Italian classic. This is a fast way to throw together a Lasagna. We’ve been eating on this pan for a week, so I think it’s fair to say that it made a good portion of food. If you have a favorite, or home made version of the ingredients, bring them to the party. I’m under stay at home orders, and this is what we had to hand. Ingredients are easy to gather:
– Large Ravioli (cheese, meat or even veggie)
– Spaghetti Sauce
– Cottage Cheese
– Ricotta Cheese
– Italian Sausage
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Egg
– Italian seasonings
Layer in the pan spreading cheese throughout. Can cook immediately or store overnight. From cold, bake at 350f for 1-1.5 hours, until the pan is bubbly and the top cheese browned. If you are cooking fresh, you will only need about 30-45 minutes to bake. Recommend letting stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
