🧑🍳 This asmr video is in honour of the famous castrato meat skewers, typical of the Abruzzi cuisine and known and eaten all over Italy, the arrosticini.
We decided to vary the meal also preparing fresh sausage skewers with rolled bacon.
Both the arrosticini and the skewers were brushed with a sauce of oil, salt, pepper, oregano, sage, tobasco and chopped onion and marinated in the fridge for an hour. The arrosticini were grilled (very hot) for about a minute on each side. The sausage and bacon skewers were cooked in the oven (preheated to 220 degrees Celsius) together with the potatoes for about 20 minutes, opening the oven to check the cooking.
We brushed the potatoes with a sauce of oil, sweet paprika and rosemary before cooking them.
To drink we could not fail to enjoy a nice coca cola with ice.
