I know a lot of us cannot eat meat during Holy Week. So here’s an easy recipe on how to make pasta from sardines.

Ingredients:

Pasta 250g
Spanish sardines 240g
3 cloves garlic (diced)
Half brown onion (diced)
Black olives pitted 50g (sliced)
Button mushrooms 100g (sliced)
Sundried tomatoes 15g
Black and white pepper powder
Chili flakes (optional)
Dried chives
Italian seasoning
Salt to taste

Best served with garlic bread 🍝
