Today I am in St Ives, a beautiful little Cornish town.
I visit St Eia, a restaurant, wine bar and wine shop that is in the Michelin Guide.
I am expecting good food, but are some of the prices a bit punchy. How much is too much for an egg?

I hope you've got air freshener for your bathroom 🤢
I think you scored a bit generously. I would have deducted at least 1 point for the price. You only had 1 main course!
Wrong coat.
Every component of that meal was a rip-off.
I’ve seen you review far far worse ways of spending a tenner on food then that lovely looking egg dish. I don’t think the prices here looked excessive at all. Seems like a proper gem of a restaurant.
🥰💖💕 Greeno and Camera person, Thank you for sharing your meal and experiences with us. Much appreciated all the work, editing, and poor lighting (restaurant ambiance gone mad 😂🔦🔦😊) to bring us an honest review. Thank you. Love to family.
Evening Greeno in Cornwall. Seemed a bit expensive for what you got. Thank you Suex
U did not pay £10 for egg that crazy
Should of gone to Greg and Lou’s 👍👍 as a local says it all
My egg game is screaming daylight robbery. Cheap and easy to make at home.
St. Ives is beautiful, but has a tendency to prey off of tourists who have more money than sense.
Honestly, nothing looked appetizing. The eggs look fine, but not for $10.
The Panna cotta no way it was too soft. It should’ve been firmer.
And the beans and sausage doesn’t look that great
Enjoyed your usual comprehensive review, but the place looked too small and cramped, and the food quite ordinary and massively overpriced. St Ives is nice though!
Very rustic not my cup of tea over egged I'd say and over priced
Wow, very very expensive. Looked nice but not worth it in my opinion. 🤔
That place did not eggceed your eggspectations you had to shell out 10pound for a egg 🥚 seriously great review greeno
That princess had to flee Ireland because she scammed so many people with overpriced eggs.
Crammed in a corner by a wall is not my choice for dining. Can it be any dark?!
Just being cramped against the wall is not for me Greeno, I like to be able to work my elbows.
When I saw the harbour at the beginning I instantly thought JAWS 😂😂
What's with places charging £10 for eggs? I've seen quite a few charging £10 for scrambled eggs. Do one 😂
0/10
Looked very different and interesting from anything I've ever eaten. I'm not sure what I'd enjoy. If they offered a taster plate for £20, I'd 'give it a go.'
Jesus mate, those prices were quite something. I am shocked that they don't have a chap stood over your shoulder shouting "Gold Baby!!" like at Salt Bae's place in New York!! If you need a mortgage to cover the cost I can sort you out…!
