I don't see how each one of these have twenty four grams of protein. Four hundred and twenty grams of yogurt is equal to forty three grams of protein.Where does the rest of the protein come from?
I’d definitely have to go with full fat cheese, but if you’re careful about the portion, the macros shouldn’t be much worse. Definitely will have to give this a try.
I used to make these all the time when I was on WW and I would use my well seasoned pizza stone….I had bariatric surgery in September and I haven’t been brave enough to try one of these bad boys because bready stuff and I don’t get along well anymore
Question: I’m a bit skeptical about this, how can I be so sure about the calories and proteins and stuff? I wanna try it, but I’m still a bit skeptical
