From the mind of my little 7 year old Pizziaolo I present his homemade Mac and cheese pizza w/sesame crust from his leftover casserole he made(mozzarella, cheddar and Gruyère).
Then a hybrid Pizza margheria (appropriately he called his "Palzone".
Both equally delicious.
Used a mix of 50% Caputo Pizzeria and 50% Saccorosso.
