
So I'm trying to make homemade eggless pasta for the first time and I'm wondering if this looks good? I can't seem to get it quite as smooth as every video ever seems to. Was 2 cups of ap flour, just under a cup of warm water and a pinch of salt. And it has rested for like…. 20-30 minutes now. The numbers were a starting point but ended up adding a little more of both water and flour trying to get the consistency right. This feels like how various sources say it should. But every VIDEO it looks smoother and almost glossy. Any insight or advice would be appreciated!
