It’s shocking but Italians are actually normal people, they let you do what ever you want to do. They might give you weird looks if you do smth like putting ketchup on Spaghetti but no chef is going to forbid it.
only thing i got to say is that they wont create a scene like the ketchup guy, but they will definetely look at you wrong and judge, and also the bill one it depends on where you go: if its a fancy place, theyll bring you the bill, if its any normal place or fast food place (pizzerias, panini shops etc.) you just got to eat, pay and leave
