    Hello, I've been around a lot of the world. I have to say, I think that Mexican food is the best food in the world. The combination of cultures from the spices in India that made there way into Spain, the beef that came from Spain and went to Mexico, the Aztecs who gave us tomatoes and corn, ultimately combined to form arguably the best cuisine in the world. It's a cuisine with a combination of nations behind it from the other side of the globe. I will stand on that hill and argue over this until I die. Mexican food is the best food in the world. 🌎

    Joshua! Im a Texan that recently moved to Brazil, ik the chances of you seeing this are small but if you do, COME TO BRAZIL!! The food will change everything!! Im eating stuff I didnt even know existed with some of the freshest most clean flavor that I could never describe it!!

    Veracruz también es un lugar mágico para la comida, entrada principal de productos de todo el mundo, su comida es la mejor fusión con la española y comparte el "itsmo de Tehuantepec" con Oaxaca donde también sus platillo originales tuvieron mucha fusion.

    La comida mexicana nace en Veracruz, Puebla, ciudad de México, Tlaxcala, Oaxaca, Morelos, Hidalgo Jalisco, San Luis Potosí etc. La comida mexicana nace en una región extensa no en un Estado en específico.

    I think perhaps part of the problem with Mexican food in other parts of the world is trying to emulate what was created from local fresh ingredients in Mexico by importing ingredients or swapping for something else. I think it's important that every region develops it's own cuisine from what is available instead of trying to emulate flavours from somewhere else. Loved the vid, keep up the great work!
