London doesn’t have to be expensive, there are bargain eateries around. And this one is really central – you won’t believe the prices given the location!

  1. Ahhh thanks for the shoutout Greeno! Great spot isn’t it. Love your videos mate, hopefully catchup soon and would be great to do a video together 🙏 thanks bud really appreciate it 💙

  2. Great review. I’ve stayed near Goodge Street and it’s not particularly cheap so kudos to them for great food at great prices

  3. Thanks this looked gorgeous and I’ve looked up Robbie he’s great too you will both do a great video together 😊

  4. Do we take it you were, how do you say, 'gobsmacked' Greeno.😄 Reminded us of that Chinese Lady's Cafe' Gary and Robbie reviewed, simple, no frills freshly prepared great quality food and friendly service. Lets stop filling the pockets of those who pay a fortune to have their places fitted out to boost their egos and the franchise outlets with overpriced manufactured 'junk food' who's profits enrich corporate executives and shareholders. That's not to say there isn't a need for some of the pricier places, which do provide a real family treat and experience for special occasions and those who want them and can afford higher prices regularly. However, for everyday eateries, basic clean and tidy premises, good service and value for money decent food is the business. 🙂👍

  5. Love this place ….I live locally and go tjere for great coffee Ns cheap eats… usually full of very excitable Italians watching football

  6. I tried you Bloody Mary without vodka drink but added celery salt. Pepper and Worcestershire sauce obviously. Yummy, Greeno 🎉

  7. Great job, Greeno !
That was proper Value For Money !
Highlighting a place like that is good work !
    I hope they thrive 🙏

  8. I've had to revisit this review. I'm due a visit to London with my neighbour for our monthly day out. She loves Italian food. So I've had to programme the location into my Google Maps for our next visit.
I thought the prices were well worth the quality being offered.

  9. Penne and Fusilli are my two favourite pasta types! I usually stay around Bloomsbury when I'm back in the UK. I'd really like to try that place but with the cost and shortage of jet fuel, I doubt I'll be over this year! We have a chain of restaurants here serving pasta and pizza dishes, along with Salisbury steaks called Saizeria. It's not the best food in the world but is popular at lunchtime, especially with young people! If you're on a budget, two people can can a main each and a mug of beer or a glass of wine and the total cost is EIGHT quid!

  10. Also, Check out the Google Reviews for when you visit Costa Del Croydon for a Holiday! or maybe not. 😎

    Hidden Gems not yet discovered……

    Taste of Bengal, Sanderstead Rd.

    Purley Oaks Station Cafe.

    Café Istasyon, Lower Barn Rd.

I was going thru some older videos & found a video where Danny Malin actually visited 'Croydon', He also encountered the parking issue & long walk.
He did a burger style video from Boxpark.
Boxpark has a lot of nice outlets for more future content, Like pop up style venues.
This needs to be done in the summer with nice weather, As they won't allow filming inside most times & you can do it outside.
Unless they change there filming policy. Mostly to respect the public privacy, Which is understandable.

  11. Remember Greeno a little pussy cat knocked over that tower, so I understand your trepidation! My other half has to go to Costa, their "offer" of two bacon rolls and two coffees is now £12.98. You definitely got the better deal!

  12. I worked as a paramedic around here for yrs and loved their sandwiches. They have always been fabulous and amazing value, always generous. Never got a chance to sit down and eat due to the nature of the job. I wish I had now! Charlotte St is full of restaurants.
Pizza place ICCO on the corner also authentic enough and low priced, full of students who know a good deal.
Astonishing little Italian on Colville Place for a romantic evening, don’t tell anyone.

  13. Looks amazing, and such good value. Thank you for the very welcome grammar lesson – panini/panino – if we must insist on selling foreign food as 'foreign food' then we should at least use the correct terminology. The grammar of any language is rarely difficult to understand; pronunciation is a different beast altogether. 😐

  14. Makes me laugh, these guys that talk in their strong regional accents, then when it comes to the ingredients they fake an Italian accent 😂😂😂
