Gelateria De’ Coltelli knocked my socks off. I’m so glad my tour guide from TerrediPisa suggested we stop by.
Luckily the great gelato maestro Gianfrancesco Cultelli was there to walk me through his creative, artisanal and natural flavors with the very best raw ingredients. I’m still Dream of the black salt and licorice flavor.
Stop in next time you are in town – it is just on the river in the center.
