Bolognese Recipe:

Cut:
– 2 yellow onions
– 8-10 cloves garlic
– 4 medium carrots
– 4 celeries

In large pan:
– drizzle olive oil
– Add cut vegetables with salt and black pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
– Add half to three-quarters of stick butter, mix.
– Add 2 lbs. ground beef, mix.
– Add 6 oz can tomato paste while including canned residues with water or red wine.
– Add 3-4 tbsp oregano
– Add 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
– Add 2 cups of red wine, mix.
– 2 cans of crushed tomatoes
– 1 bunch of rosemary (tied together using a kitchen twine to submerge and remove the rosemary before and after simmering).
– Add 1-1.5 cups water or beef broth to fill (I recommend some form of broth such beef, veg, or chicken over water if you want more flavor).

Simmer for 3-4 hours.

Cook 16 oz or 14 oz rice noodles based on the package instructions; I placed mine into a pot of hot water until the noodles are soft enough to eat. If you use another type of noodles, follow the instructions on the package.

Combine noodles with bolognese sauce in a separate pan or pot.

Optional: top with parmesan cheese.
