• Spaghetti
• Olive oil (3 tbsp)
• Cherry tomatoes (1 cup)
• Garlic, chopped (1 tbsp)
• Butter (1 tbsp)
• Salt (a pinch)
• Dry parsley (a pinch)
• Dill (a pinch)
• Parmesan cheese
• Pasta water (a few spoons)
Method of Preparation:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and cherry tomatoes, sauté with a pinch of salt.
2. Add butter and dry parsley, mix well.
3. Boil spaghetti for about 5 minutes, then drain.
4. Add spaghetti to the sauce and mix.
5. Pour in a little pasta water and cook for 1–2 minutes.
6. Add dill and Parmesan cheese, mix well.
7. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with more Parmesan.
