Made Kenji’s fool proof pan pizza. Pretty good. Despite being”fool proof”, next time I’m going to set the pan on a pizza steel under a broiler. My oven goes to 525, not 550. I expected to see a little more rise. I think the olive oil in the recipe gives it a little more crumb so it wasn’t as bready. Still very easy and great results. Topped with 4 cheese mix and fresh grated mozzarella.
