idk if u were asking as a joke but the meme of “alfredo music” i think comes from joking about the pattern on girly content creators who will put rnb/slow jams/rap over their vlogs of “sunday reset/cooking chicken alfredo (or other hearty dinner)/maintenance self care day” or som variation of this. its definitely has some tones of misogyny by making fun of women for taking care of themselves, but overall seems to be a lighthearted joke about the types of music used in these videos
