Started the week off with a new menu. Made an instagram page for the pizza project @freeneighborhoodpizza
Added a thicker steel to the oven.
Another great turn out. Had a guy from the pizza subreddit drop by for a pie. Thanks for pulling up!
Happy with the pies tonight. The thicker steel helps with the quick turn around.
Several neighbors that picked up pizzas last week already coming back this week again saying they've never had better pizza. Made 12 pies again tonight. A little tweaking to do on some of the new pies, but I feel like they were decent enough.
Dough balls prepped and ready to go again tomorrow!

I’ve been thinking about doing this for a while. Not sure if my neighborhood HOA would care, or if they’d send a cease and desist letter LOL.
