Little Heart Pizza parathas
(High Protein recipe for kids)

These are an upgrade to the most popular pinwheel parathas. My daughter keeps asking for different shapes so to make to fun I made hearts this time with her fav pizza upgrade. And moms you will be so happy if your kids eat this because this has Fibre, Protien and so many micronutrients and they know nothing about. High Five 🙏

Method:
-Steam one small carrot and 1 drumstick.
-Add it to a bowl, take the pulp out of the drumstick and mash.
-Add 3/4cup of whole wheat flour, chilli flakes, pizza mix, salt & 1 scoop protein mix.
-Make a soft dough with little water.
-Roll it thin and cut the sides for it to become a square.
-Spread some tomato ketchup, finely chopped veggies of your choice, some cheese and roll half way from both sides.
-Now cut into thick strip as shown and flatten. Just like that hearts are ready.
-Lightly press it and cook on a tawa on low flame till golden brown.

Tips
-You can make this into pinwheels as well.
-Be my experimental with the stuffing whatever your kids like
